All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phl168 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phl168 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of identity verification as described in Section 3.2. phl168 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. phl168 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
Player funds deposited into phl168 accounts are held separately from phl168's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. This arrangement is intended to protect player funds in the event of phl168's insolvency, though it does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.
phl168 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by phl168 are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and real money funds are wagered separately; real money funds are used first unless otherwise specified.
phl168 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Determination of bonus abuse is at phl168's sole discretion.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. phl168 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the offer.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, phl168 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. phl168's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be payable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
phl168 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where phl168 has reason to believe that a bet has been placed in error, that odds were displayed incorrectly, or that the bet forms part of a pattern of play that phl168 considers to be in violation of these Terms.

Any unauthorised use of phl168's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl168 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phl168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phl168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phl168 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phl168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond phl168's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phl168's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
phl168's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the phl168 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
phl168 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phl168 will provide notice through the Platform — either via a notification displayed upon login or by email to the address registered on your account — at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 13. phl168 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
You may request the closure of your phl168 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
phl168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phl168 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, phl168 may forfeit any balance held in the account.
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect following the closure of your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to phl168's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, the matter may also be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures. phl168 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
